Research Use Only

All products sold on CorePeptidesDirect.com are intended for research use only. Due to the sensitive nature of these products and strict quality control standards, all sales are subject to the terms outlined below.

No Returns on Opened or Used Products

For safety, quality assurance, and compliance reasons, we do not accept returns on any products that have been opened, used, altered, or tampered with.

Once an order has been delivered, it is considered final unless it meets the criteria outlined in the sections below.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To be eligible for a replacement or refund, you must provide:

  • Your order number
  • A clear description of the issue
  • Photo evidence of the damaged product and packaging

If your claim is approved, we will issue either:

  • A replacement shipment at no additional cost, or
  • A refund to the original payment method, at our discretion

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once an order has been marked as delivered by the carrier, Core Peptides Direct is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

If you believe your package was misdelivered or lost in transit, please contact us and we will assist in filing a carrier claim when applicable.

Order Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled before they are processed or shipped. Once an order has entered fulfillment or has shipped, it cannot be canceled.

Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your payment provider.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Core Peptides Direct reserves the right to modify or update this Returns & Refunds Policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page.
