Research Use Only
All products supplied by Core Peptides Direct are intended strictly for laboratory research and analytical purposes only.
Products are not intended for human or veterinary use, consumption, clinical application, diagnostic use, cosmetic use, food use, or household use.
Due to the nature of research-use materials and quality-control requirements, return eligibility is subject to the conditions outlined below.
Return Eligibility
For safety, quality assurance, and product-integrity reasons, products that have been opened, used, altered, contaminated, improperly stored, or tampered with are generally not eligible for return or refund unless otherwise required by applicable law.
To be considered for review, requests should generally be submitted within 48 hours of confirmed delivery where the issue relates to damage, incorrect shipment, or fulfilment concerns.
Returns may only be accepted after written confirmation and return instructions have been provided by Core Peptides Direct.
Unauthorized returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted or processed.
Return Request Process
To request a return, replacement, or refund review, customers should contact:

- clear photos of the product, packaging, and shipping label where applicable
Once the request has been reviewed, customers will receive either:
- confirmation that the request was approved or denied
- additional information requests if needed
- return instructions where applicable
If a physical return is authorized, return instructions and the applicable return address or return authorization information will be provided directly during the review process.
Customers should not return products before receiving written return instructions.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
If an order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, customers should contact us within 48 hours of confirmed delivery.
If approved, available resolution options may include:
- replacement shipment
- store credit
- refund to the original payment method
Resolution methods are determined based on the circumstances of the request.
Delivery Issues
If a shipment appears lost, delayed, damaged, or marked as delivered but not received, customers should contact us promptly so we can assist with carrier review or investigation where applicable.
Carrier investigations and delivery reviews may require additional processing time depending on the shipping provider.
Order Cancellations
Cancellation requests may be submitted before an order enters processing or shipment preparation.
Once an order has entered fulfilment or has been shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible.

Refund Processing
Approved refunds are generally processed to the original payment method where applicable.
Please allow approximately 5–10 business days for the refund to appear depending on your financial institution or payment provider.
Shipping charges are generally non-refundable once shipment processing has begun except where required by applicable law.
Refund eligibility may be denied where:
- products have been opened, used, or tampered with
- claims cannot be reasonably verified
- requests fall outside stated reporting windows
- delivery issues are caused by incorrect customer-provided shipping information
